Never, Never Give Up

I’ve heard it been said by a very wise woman that often times what’s most important for us to do is the hardest for us to do. The pull away from doing what’s right and most progressive in our lives can seem mighty powerful. But I’m learning, albeit slowly at times, thatboat-919039_1280 it really isn’t more powerful than the desire and ability to accomplish what’s right and what will move us forward. I’m increasingly convinced that when we are persistent, devoted, and strive to challenge the mental influences that would try to stop us, we can and will accomplish whatever is ours to do. That wise woman, the prominent religious leader and influential author Mary Baker Eddy, also wrote these encouraging words: “The devotion of thought to an honest achievement makes the achievement possible.”
